Yesterday, we turned staff input into action. Our team came together for a hands-on staff engagement event where they helped choose the wall colors and privacy curtains that will soon be installed in patient rooms—spaces our staff know best because they work in them every day.

Metropolitan is proud to be the first hospital to partner with Cintas Corporation on this upgrade, reinforcing our commitment to investing in our future and creating environments that support both patients and staff. The energy in the room said it all—our staff felt heard, valued, and excited to have a real say in the changes being made.

To make it even more fun, we held a friendly competition with our EVS team to test the new curtain system. The results? Proof that the upgrade works! Our winner removed and reinstalled the curtain in an impressive 11 seconds, showing just how efficient and user-friendly the new design is.
