Tracy (far left) is the owner & operator, a seasoned healthcare executive with over 3 decades of healthcare leadership roles 🏥 She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Planning Administration and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Penn State. She is recognized for implementing transformative strategies, improving access and promoting innovative solutions in the healthcare industry.

Dr. Failla, MD (center) is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and former flight surgeon for the U.S. Navy 🩺 He served as an orthopedic consultant for the Pittsburgh Pirates for 23 years and pioneered sports medicine in Western PA. He personally experienced the anti-aging and wellness benefits of HBOT by undergoing daily sessions alongside a loved one suffering from chronic post-concussion symptoms.

And Steven (far right) is operations manager and safety director. After nine years working as an Exercise Physiologist in outpatient PT, he transitioned into various leadership roles in the medical device field. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo and has over 30 years of experience helping individuals recover from musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, guiding them toward a healthy and active lifestyle 🚴♀️🏃🏽♂️
