Many of you don’t know this… but my childhood dream was to be an actress

I spent countless hours watching I Love Lucy, The Carol Burnett Show

And anything that made me laugh till I cried

Joy and laughter were my lifelines, and they still are

Before you build your self-worth, you need to know what it really is

Worthiness is based on your inner value

What you truly believe about yourself regardless of what anyone else says

It’s knowing that you are enough no matter what you’ve done or haven’t done

⭐️Let go of waiting until you

Have the perfect job

Have 2.2 kids

Make your first million dollars

You were born worthy

Feeling worthy is a foundation upon which you build your sense of self

When you feel unworthy a slew of other issues arise, rocking your stability

Treating yourself poorly is a sign of disrespect

Being self-deprecating may seem harmless but over time you are rewiring your brain to be critical

Even though other people’s opinions of us is none of our business, we teach others how to treat us

You can’t attract healthy, loving relationships when the one with yourself is unhealthy

Your top priority is to believe that you are worthy of respect, love, and existing

Accept who you already are, warts and all

This allows space for expansion into who you are becoming

WAYS TO BUILD SELF-WORTH

✅ Observe your self-talk and challenge negative thoughts, ask yourself if it’s true

✅ Practice self-compassion and self-kindness, kindness quickly multiplies
