I've been a massage therapist for over 30 years and have been studying sound healing for about 8 years. Throughout my journey, I have collected three large gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls and various other instruments. During Covid when everything was shut down, I started a sound healing studio to keep me grounded. A few years ago, I packed everything up and have not played my instruments since. This morning I had a calling to start playing again. Just for myself. To clear my mind and my energy. To help send good vibrations to a friend who is sick. And also for some personal intentions. It feels so good to be connected again.
