“If you are looking for a gym with great trainers, workout plans and cool enviroment this is the place. Thanks to this gym I’ve noticed changes in my physique and energy levels. I highly recommend it“

Today and each week for the month of August I am going to share with you a Member Win of the Week at . They can be a big win or something small

This week’s win comes from Fransisco (of Eva and Fransisco 😊)

Eva and Fransisco are a power couple. They love exericse and working out at The Trinity. So much so that they got a water bottle specially made in tribute so that when they travel away they can still train with our community in sprit!

Couples that train together, stay together 😉

𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘁. 𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝘁. 𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁.

There are some people who like setting  goals, there are some that don’t.

Personally I like it but I actually don’t set goals. I set a goal. One goal. Not two, not three, just one.

I have found that this to be most effective in actually achieving it.

What’s that line

“Try chasing two rabbits, end up catching none”

One other thing that I found has increased the chances of hitting the goal is by grabbing a pen and paper

When you write down your goal and put it somewhere you’ll see it every day — your fridge, your bathroom mirror, the lock screen on your phone — something changes.

Your workouts have more purpose.

Your nutrition choices make more sense.

You start making decisions that align with the person you want to become.

The science backs it up: people who write their goals down are 42% more likely to achieve them. But here’s the real magic — seeing it daily keeps your brain tuned in to the mission.

So here’s your challenge for this week:
1. Write down your fitness goal. Be specific.
2. Put it where you’ll see it every day.
3. Every time you see it, ask yourself: “What’s one action I can take right now to get closer?”

Small daily actions, repeated over time, create massive results.

Now grab a pen — your future self will thank you.

“Excellent gym! Trainers are top notch. I have been with these trainers for a few years and never thought I could run a 5k and as of today I have run 5 marathons in 4 years and numerous 1/2’s. All thanks to the trainers at the Trinity who believed in one step at a time and anything is achievable!”

Today and each Saturday for the month of August I am going to share with you a Member Win of the Week at . They can be a big win or something small

This week’s win comes from Linda. Linda is a lady who manages to balance having a very a busy house and job. She started with us in 2019 coming one time per week. A month later she increased it to two sessions and then to three. She has since set bigger goals crushing 5K’s, 10K’s and has amazingly completed the New York City Marathon multiple times 💪

Are you injured or are you sore?

I had a conversation this week with someone this week about injuries. They have one at the moment and it’s a pain (literally!).

It came from playing a sport he hadn’t played in a long time. Kind of like a newbie going to the gym and feeling pain afterwards.

But just because he has pain doesn’t mean it’s a reason for him to stop exercising. Instead he has just changed the type of exercise he does so it doesn’t affect his injury.

We need to talk about the modern advice floating around out there…
“If you’re sore, rest.”
“If you’re tired, cancel.”

Listen, we’re all for listening to your body — but not when your body is acting like a drama queen.

Soreness is not a reason to stop. It can be a sign that your muscles are learning.

The goal of working out isn’t to never feel sore.

It’s not to avoid every ache.

It’s to get stronger, more capable, and more resilient — mentally and physically.

And sometimes, that comes with a little soreness.

Not pain, not injury. But soreness — the kind that says,
“Hey, you did something new. I’m adapting.”

Too many beginners hit their first tough week — a tight muscle here, a bit of DOMS there — and they pull back. Skip sessions. Disappear for a week. Wait until they “feel 100% again.”

The truth? You might never feel 100% when you’re growing.

Progress lives in the space after the excuses.

That’s where consistency kicks in. That’s where the real changes happen.

So next time you feel a little stiff or sore — come in anyway.

We’ll modify if needed, but staying in motion is key to recovery and momentum.

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to keep showing up.

•           Soreness = normal
•           Pain = worth checking
•           Excuses = not invited

This Tuesday and every Tuesday for the month of August in an effort to get to know your coaches better I am going to share with you a spotlight of various things about me

This weeks story is how I went from working as a Bartender and in Finance in New York to packing them both in to be a Fitness Trainer. I am very lucky to say that I love what I do. There is no better feeling than having someone say thank you for having a small hand n them getting to their goals or becoming a happier healthier version of themselves 😊

𝟱 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿

At the start of this year I set a goal to learn to swim properly. I had tried to learn before but never kept with it. My motivation lasted a few weeks and then I trailed off. This time I wanted it to be different so I made two changes that had a huge difference

1. I got myself a Coach
2. I set myself a time dependent swimming goal

To help Community, today I am going to share with you 5 of the biggest lessons I learned through the process, hope some of it resonates with you!

“Building a community who encourage and motivate one another to live their healthiest happiest and best life ........

Clann Health derives its name Irish language and translates directly to mean “family” or “tribe”. Our purpose is to build a tribe to live life to the to its fullest through health, fitness and adventure!!!

We provide BeSpoke Personal and Group style training in New York City and take our people on Adventure Trips and Active Vacations to Upstate New York and Abroad to the West of Ireland. Exercise and outdoor adventure are a great way of connecting people together, and physical activities are some of the best ways to generate life lasting memories.

What separates the Clann Health from others is its culture. Although Clann Health encompasses signature warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all based on a comprehensive evaluation process, the most important component of the system is its motivational approach and family environment.
