I will be hosting PSPT’s Grand Opening on Friday April 4th at 7pm.

There will be food, drinks and raffles (including items like a Hypervolt Massage Gun, among other great wins)

I feel strongly that instead of doing a more traditional open house, that I want to celebrate all of the people who have contributed to and made this practice into what it has become in this beautiful new clinic space.

I’ve taken care of thousands of athletes in my career, but in terms of complexity, ‘s elbow is certainly up there.

Im really proud of this outcome- a fully torn UCL with 2 surgeons recommending surgery.

Many factors made this unique- his age and injury chief among them.

Being able to rehab this conservatively to throwing harder than pre injury, completely pain free in 7 months is a career highlight I won’t ever forget. This took teamwork on all sides and more trust than I’ll ever be able to quantify.

Will be submitting this as a case study so that others around the world can get the same care and plan that was so successful here.

Seeking care from someone who truly understands the demands and biomechanics of your sport and position is a decision that will positively or negatively affect you forever.

At PSPT, you are entering a sports medicine experience mirroring the care and attention that some of the very best college athletes receive every day.

I’m proud to have vast experience in many of the top Division 1 Athletic Training Rooms in the U.S. I draw upon that experience every day.

PSPT’s new facility will look like, feel like and BE like the best of all of these stops along my journey.

Hit the W with .felix after an extra time, playoff win

She got back on the field weeks earlier than expected after a knee injury- and played all 100 minutes today feeling great.

Great teamwork all around to get one of the best players in PSAL back for the end of the season.

I’m so excited to announce Positive Sports Physical Therapy’s expansion and move to a new, standalone space on the border of Queens and Long Island on January 1, 2025.

I’m building out a 1500 square foot, completely custom, sports physical therapy clinic and sport science lab. It will be equipped with everything today and tomorrow’s athletes need for evaluation, rehabilitation and prevention of injury as well as recovery.

The space is being modeled after the best of the Division 1 Athletic Training Rooms I have learned and worked in. I’m taking the best of my mentors and putting it all into this new, state of the art practice.

4 years after I opened this practice, I’m so excited to be here. Queens and Nassau athletes and fitness focused adults will continue to receive industry leading, expert sports medicine care, and now in a brand new facility.

A HUGE thank you to everyone that’s believed in me and in PSPT. None of this would be here without you.
