Nutrition is not a one-size-fits all. If you have prediabetes, pcos, insulin resistance, and or high blood pressure, high cholesterol, impaired fasting glucose, low HDL cholesterol- you're indeed are experiencing what is called "metabolic syndrome". Which puts you at risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.

Let's not focus solely on weight loss, but healing the beta cells of the pancreas.
According to research there is potential for preventing and reversing type 2 diabetes by focusing on preserving and promoting the health of pancreatic beta cells. (source: diabetes.org)

If you have prediabetes, you have imbalance hormones. What you eat and when you eat matters. Just know that it is impossible to balance your hormones if you:
1. Skip meals,
2. Eat too close to bedtime,
3. Miss your snacks,
4. Have irregular eating habits.

Eating too close to bedtime raises your body temperature and interferes with the natural fat-burning effects of sleep. Sleep is also important for balanced blood sugar level and balanced hormones.
