Combination treatments can help optimize scar outcomes. This patient underwent Mohs surgery for skin cancer removal. Six weeks before the surgery, was injected to relax the muscles surrounding the scar. Two months after the surgery, DEKA SmartXide Fractionated CO2 laser by was performed. The after photo shows a marked reduction of swelling and fibrosis associated the scar as a result of collagen remodeling.
