Self care can be many things, for me this AM self care equals salmon (healing gem), sweet and cold cafe vanilla latte, and skeleton spottings! 💀☠️❤️🩷. Only YOU know what you truly need, trust yourself and the process. What do you do for self care?

I am totally ok with this. As I always say, you’re not going to like everyone and everyone won’t like you. Who cares🤷🏼‍♀️ you don’t have control over others, just yourself. You keep rocking your wonderful self/soul!

Happy Valentines!!!! would have never imagined I would be spending this Valentines at my post surgery appointment with driving from PA to BX and back. Here are some highlights, oh, makeup is involved, I’m trying that whole “look good, feel good,” thing. Sending love and prayers to all!!!!

Healing and recovering in snow covered PA. Pain is no bueno but the snow looks beautiful. Be safe and don’t slip!!!!! Oh how I wish I could play in the snow! Someone please do it for me!!!!!
