π₯π Kiwi Peach Ice Cream
Ingredients
β’ 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
β’ 1 ripe peach (or 1 cup frozen peach slices)
β’ Β½ cup coconut cream or heavy cream
β’ 1β2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
β’ Β½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
1. Add kiwi, peach, cream, honey, and vanilla to a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
4. Pour into a freezer-safe glass container and smooth the top.
5. Freeze for 2 hours until firm but scoopable.
6. Let sit for 3β5 minutes before serving, then scoop and enjoy.
