This patient came to us after a previous rhinoplasty left subtle irregularities that affected the smoothness of her bridge and the overall harmony of her profile. Using temporalis fascia (a soft, natural graft taken from behind the ear), we were able to gently camouflage those uneven areas and reshape the nose into something both cute and strong — feminine, refined, and perfectly suited to her already gorgeous features.

At 4 months post-op, her result is soft, natural, and a true reflection of what precise revision work can achieve.
