A Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) is a licensed nutrition expert with years of clinical training, a master’s degree, and national board certification. A nutritionist can be anyone offering nutrition advice — some are certified, some aren’t.

Both can have a place in the wellness world, but if you’re dealing with health conditions or want science-backed support, working with an RD is your best bet. 💛
