Interesting enough scientists do not know why human beings develop sinus spaces. Sinus space structure is variable from one person to another and even different on the right and left sides of the same individual. This extremely variable anatomy often leads to poor function, blockage and sinusitis. We will discuss how to diagnose sinusitis as well as manage sinusitis with either medication and/or

surgery. You will also find information about our staff, office hours, contact information and directions to the office. We are dedicated to the highest level of quality patient care and education. It is our philosophy to give you the same advice and treatment that we would offer to our friends and family. We make every effort to provide each patient and their family members with up to date medical information and treatment options. Our patients can then make informed decisions about individualized treatment and better understand their options. In general your office experience will offer enough time to discuss the symptoms and findings of the intranasal exam, which is painless!!, and if needed obtain a 1 minute no injection CT scan the same day and review it on line in the office. Each patient will be treated individually and you will taken care of by the same team, We want you to better understand what can be accomplished and appropriately define long term goals associated with treatment. "Saw Dr. Jacobs last month, April. I have suffered with chronic sinusitis since a nosebleed in 2018. It got really bad after being locked down for 2 years and unable to see my ENT. By the time I was able to he moved upstate, I was referred to Dr. Jacobs sand right away he did a procedure that cleaned out the blockage, treated the infection, and so far all is going well since 2018.
