The point of me posting this is because I LOVE AUTISTIC KIDS, and ADULTS. When I was a teacher I worked with children all ages with that disability. I have relatives, family friends etc. Really and truly.. They are actually mad smart, talented and have good memory. You just have to be patient and properly care for them.

As the author Dr suess once said,
“Why fit in when you were born to stand out?”

Autism, offers them a chance to glimpse an
awe-filled vision of the world that might otherwise pass by us

What is really “normal” to YOU if everyone looks at a person or thing for some type of inspiration? If we are considered the “normal ones” then how come we never act like it? . I believe, if more people had a better understanding of the way autistic minds work, then we could actually accept and respect the differences of others

Happy Self-Care Sunday! 💞 Here are 5 ways to practice self love:

1. Practice being present: The present moment is all we have now. Being present helps you make aligned decisions everyday.

2. Mediate to reduce overthinking: It calms you, gives you perspective + you feel more alert. You can get wonderful guided meditations for free on YouTube.

3. Celebrate the small wins: It’s common for us to remember the things that have gone wrong in our lives but forget things that actually came through.. Write 3 small wins or successes that make you feel satisfied, happy or proud of yourself today.

4. Declutter & enjoy peace: If things are starting to become overwhelming for you that’s probably because your environment is displaying how you feel on the inside. Start with a small section/area, and work at your pace

5. Eat healthy, be Mindful and get Rest: Stay off tech devices for a few hours- a day. No distractions, eat great and just appreciate the sounds around you

All my oils are 100% natural 🌿. This is recommended for all skin types!

Just because it’s from a plant doesn’t mean it’s safe to rub on your skin, or breathe, or eat, even if it’s “pure.” Natural substances can be irritating, toxic, or cause allergic reactions. Like anything else you put on your skin, that is why I always test a little bit on a small area of my skin to see how my skin responds

The volume in these recipes would normally last for a good couple of months

Using a homemade body oil from Exhalenyc on your skin will not make it greasy. Most of the time I use thin light oils that are easily absorbed by the skin, they are wonderfully nourishing and will hydrate your skin to the max
