Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats
½ Tbsp chia seeds
½ cup milk of choice
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
Instructions
Combine protein powder, oats, and chia seeds in a glass container
Pour in milk, yogurt, and sweetener
Stir well until fully combined
Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours (overnight is ideal)
