Directions:
1️⃣Combine the arugula in a salad bowl with the artichoke hearts, beans, turkey, ham and tomatoes
2️⃣To make the dressing, mix together the oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, and parsley with a hand held blender or mix them in a screw top jar
3️⃣Garnish the salad with the eggs and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds. Pour the dressing over the salad or serve along side

💥Boost your metabolism naturally with this refreshing cucumber soup with shrimp!

Directions:
1️⃣Peel the cucumbers and chop coarsely. Using a food processor or blender, puree the cucumbers, broth, creme fraiche, and lemon juice until completely smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
2️⃣Mix the chile, ginger, chile sauce, and dill. Season to taste. Add the shrimp and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
3️⃣Serve the soup, topped with the shrimp in chilled bowls.

Boost your metabolism naturally with this delicious zucchini and fennel omelet!
Directions:
1️⃣Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a round ovenproof dish with 1 tbsp oil.
2️⃣Heat remaining 3 tbsp oil in a pan, sauté zucchini until liquid evaporates (3-5 mins). Add onion & fennel, reduce heat, cook until onion softens (8-10 mins). Let cool. 3️⃣Beat eggs with salt & pepper, mix with veggies. Pour into dish and bake until set and golden, about 50 mins.
4️⃣Cool a few mins, slice, and serve! 🍳✨Simple and perfect to support your metabolism naturally
