When it comes to food, fresh is ideal,
and quality trumps quantity. Don't overeat or eat too rapidly.

"It's mainly plants." Moderation is important, but don't deprive yourself.
It's fine to indulge in a treat now and again, but making intentional decisions is a crucial part of self-care.
Take pleasure in your meal and the nourishment it provides.
4. GET A GOOD NIGHT'S REST IN A WELL-VENTILATED ROOM.
Rest is necessary for your body and mind to repair and recover from the day's labor.
When you don't get enough sleep, your entire system suffers. It's not called "beauty rest" for nothing!
Consider obtaining an air purifier for your bedroom if you live in a city with a lot of automobiles and pollution.
While they aren't free, they do an excellent job of filtering out minuscule pollen, mold, and pollution particles.
When I first moved into my downtown condo near a motorway, I began to wake up with a lot of congestion and a headache.
I installed an air purifier in my bedroom after a few months of this and saw a substantial improvement in my allergies.
The white noise also helps to drown out the sounds of the street.
Houseplants are also a lovely method to boost the amount of clean oxygen in your home.
5. TAKE MANY BATHS.
Oils, grime, dead skin, and toxins accumulate on your skin, which must be washed away or they will be reabsorbed into your bloodstream,
clogging your pores, and leaving your complexion dull and ashen. Even if you don't wash your hair every day, it's a good idea to rinse it off every day!
Allow the water to flow over your body, washing away the layers of worry, filth, pollution, and so on.
