Yoga practice doesn’t have to always be an established sequence.

Sometimes it’s fun to just let it flow!

Listen to your body and see where it takes you.

Make it spontaneous!
Make it fun!!
Make it what you need in the moment :)

Use music. Or don’t.

And it doesn’t have to be “perfect”…

It just has to fit to you!
