Sincd the Covid 19 pandemic started, I changed my workout routine and stopped going to the gym. Convenience is a huge advantage of working out at home. Of course, rain, snow, and traffic congestion shouldn't stop anyone from exercising, but how stay motivated being at home?
Staying motivated isn't as difficult as you may believe. Whether you work out at home once a week or every day, my suggestions below can help you remain on track.

1- Make a plan
Make a plan for your exercise.
Exercises like weight training, aerobics, and stretching are usually ideal, although every "body" is different. Schedule your at-home workouts precisely as you would a work meeting: days, times, and duration. The most remarkable outcomes come from treating these exercises like appointments.
When your appointment arrives, give it all. Prepare yourself with water, a towel, and music or audiobooks. To make a fitness playlist, just include enough songs to get you through the whole exercise.
