We built a Team Resilience Toolkit for teams that move fast and feel a lot. Try five scalable, team-friendly practices that lower physiological reactivity and keep productivity sustainable — without harming safety or inclusion. 🌿💼

1) Brief breathwork (2–3 minutes): Quick, guided cycles to downshift heart rate and calm the nervous system. Benefit: fewer reactive emails and clearer decision-making.

2) Guided check-ins (3–5 minutes): Trauma-informed prompts that let everyone share capacity, not story. Benefit: better workload distribution and reduced burnout signals.

3) Restorative movement breaks (5 minutes): Gentle stretches to reset tension and circulation. Benefit: fewer micro-disruptions and sustained focus across the afternoon.

4) Anchored micro-meditations (90–120 seconds): Anchor in the body or breath between meetings. Benefit: reduced start-up time after interruptions and steadier team tempo.
