1.) Improve your sleep: try to make sure you’re going to bed at the same t time every night and avoid big meals before bed.

2.) Resistance Training over Cardio: If all you do is run and run and run as you reduce your calories you’re going to find yourself hitting a wall with your weight loss. Increasing your muscle mass with sufficient protein intake and weight training will help your body burn more calories naturally!

3.) Eat Breakfast, then drink Coffee: By taking in a hearty meal in the morning and following it up with some caffeine you give your body the best shot at controlling its appetite response in the following hours so you can make it to lunch with energy and focus!
