After the digital design comes the artistry. Each restoration is carefully layered and shaped by hand by our master ceramist, who stacks porcelain to recreate the depth, texture, and translucency of natural teeth.

Having a ceramist on site allows for a level of precision, collaboration, and customization that’s hard to replicate—details can be refined in real time to achieve the most natural, beautiful result possible.

Sharon is our patient care coordinator and a true mainstay of Prosthodontic Associates. This May marks a special milestone—20 years with us! She’s often one of the first people to welcome patients and brings a warm, reassuring presence and a beautiful smile to every interaction.

Outside the office, Sharon loves spending quality time with her family—especially her daughters—traveling together, cooking, and listening to gospel music. She also enjoys quiet moments to recharge and recently welcomed a new family member, her daughter’s cat, Midnight 🐾

Silvia, our office manager, has been part of Prosthodontic Associates since 2014 and is often the first friendly face or voice you’ll encounter when connecting with our office. A native New Yorker with decades of experience in the dental field and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dental Office Management, she’s known for her calm presence, kindness, and approachable professionalism—with just the right amount of playfulness. No visit is complete without a quick chat with Silvia!

Outside the office, Silvia enjoys staying active, traveling, spending time in nature, and anything involving puppies.

Dr. Shariss Ostrager is a born and bred New Yorker who practices prosthodontics with a conservative approach, gentle touch, and an exacting eye for detail. She brings artistry and precision to every restoration, creating smiles that are both functional and natural-looking.

Outside the office, she loves traveling, walking around the city, taking dance classes, and painting in watercolor.
