First & Foremost... Knowledge! Know your body, go for regular check-ups so you can be made aware if something is not right. Sometimes waiting for symptoms can be too late, unfortunately. Knowledge is power and what better to know about than your own self.
A healthy lifestyle is key! Make small changes today, that can built up to a habit down the line. Whether it be walking for 10 minutes or drinking an additional 2 glasses of water.
Quit it before it makes you quit! Drop a bad habit, and if that sounds a bit hard you can always slowly decrease.
No better time then to start now 😌
