It’s that time again!
There is still so much misunderstanding about mental health, I couldn’t begin to cover it all here. We certainly have grown quite a bit though, and I’m hopeful we will continue to. I mean…how cool is it that people can use social media to educate themselves or others on ?! These are new developments I like to see. 🥳
To honor this month, how are you going to celebrate? Self-care? Reaching out those you love? Educating others? There’s so many ways! 💕

So excited to be one of the first guests on the podcast! and I connected during the pandemic through the magic of Instagram! Now a few years later, I am so happy to be part of this project!

**New episode!** At some point during the height of the pandemic, I decided to reach out and find some colleagues to connect with. Specifically, I was looking for other therapists who worked with creative clients. I was thrilled to find a few in my search, including this week's guest, Elle Bernfeld, LCSW. In this episode, Elle and I discuss what makes creative clients different and how Elle's experience as a performer guided her to serve the creative community. I'm so grateful to know Elle, and I hope you enjoy our conversation! (Link in comments)

In my meditation today (on app…love them), they said this phrase. It really hit home today! I think for many this is the core of . We think if we just stress a little more, we may solve the problem away. It doesn’t work that way though, and we rarely can get to a solution feeling that way!

This reminder is here if you needed it today too! 💕I’m sure you knew this on some level, is often about coming to terms with things on a deeper level. Understanding lessons, hearing them, in a new way. Hope this helps and have a wonderful day!
