Spring is here and I am offering walk and talk therapy in Central Park. I am only accepting three clients for early morning sessions at this time. This is a great way to step outside, move your body, and work through depression, stress, and life challenges while talking with a professional.
We can walk, sit on a bench, and take in the beauty of the park while discussing your goals. You will still have your privacy and no one will know you are in a therapy session.
During the hotter months, sessions will shift to early morning telehealth.
