July 2025 Visa Bulletin Update: EB-3 Visa Progress for Nurses
The U.S. Department of State has released the July 2025 Visa Bulletin, and there is encouraging news for many international nurses.
All Other Countries and Mexico: EB-3 priority date advanced to April 1, 2023
Philippines: Now at February 8, 2023
China: Advanced to December 1, 2020
India: Moved slightly to April 22, 2013
This update is a strong reminder to ensure your documents and Visa Screen Certificate are fully prepared.
When your priority date becomes current, you will be eligible for the next step such as the embassy interview. Being ready helps you move forward without delay.

The U.S. Department of State has released the June 2025 Visa Bulletin, and we’re seeing encouraging movement in the EB-3 employment-based category for most countries.

The EB3 priority dates remain the same as last month—no forward movement in the May 2025 bulletin.
We understand this may be frustrating for many of our nurses who are currently in process and waiting for their next steps. While there’s no advancement this month, this is a valuable time to focus on building your clinical experience, renewing your license/certificates before expiration, and making sure all your Visa Screen documents and English requirements are ready.
