EB-3 Visa Bulletin Update (March 2026)

Great news for Registered Nurses!

For All Other Countries, the EB-3 priority date moved forward by about 4 months (June 1, 2023 → October 1, 2023).

This is a positive sign for nurses waiting in the EB-3 pipeline.

We will continue to closely monitor upcoming Visa Bulletin updates.

The February 2026 Visa Bulletin shows meaningful forward movement for EB-3 compared to January.

After gradual movement at the end of 2025, February 2026 shows a solid step forward for EB-3, especially for:

*Korea / All Other Countries
*Philippines
*Mexico

While China and India remain frozen, this is a positive signal for EB-3 skilled workers moving into mid-2023 priority dates.

Progress is slow, but it is moving.
Please stay patient and keep your documents ready. We’ll move quickly when your date becomes current.

EB-3 Visa Bulletin Update - January 2026!

This reflects continued, steady progress in EB-3 final action dates. While movement remains gradual, each step forward brings eligible nurses closer to the next stage of their process.

The November Visa Bulletin has been released, and there are no changes this month.
*All countries including India, China, and the Philippines remain unchanged from October.
*The cutoff date for All Other Countries and Mexico is still April 1, 2023.
We know many of you have been waiting patiently for progress, and we understand how challenging this long wait can be.
Please rest assured that our Wayne Staffing Immigration Team continues to closely monitor each monthly update and will notify you immediately once movement resumes.

We are closely monitoring the monthly Visa Bulletin to keep our nurses informed. Here are the updates for October 2025 in the EB-3 category:
China & India → advanced 3 months

Philippines → advanced about 2 months

All Other Countries & Mexico → no change

What this means:
Many of our international RNs are now one step closer to their immigration milestones. While progress varies by country, every movement is a positive step forward.

Cut-off dates for All Chargeability, Philippines, and India remain the same.
