Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body. During the pandemic, two friends embarked on a journey to find a holistic approach for the relief of stress, a stronger immune system, and energy. They spent their time on the phone each night for hours talking about the world we live in today. Both faced with an extreme amount of stress

(which can be a killer) decided to put their efforts towards the teachings and theory behind reflexology. We would like to invite you to share in our experience and enjoy the theory which kept us balanced and relaxed during a time of uncertainty.
