on august 23rd, we are overjoyed to host long-time YAM friend and musician gaby castro () for a soundbath event. using her looping pedal and reverb, gaby will cultivate a dreamy, live soundscape. 😍

soundbaths are usually a meditative experience. you can use this time to rest (highly recommend a long savasana & a weighted blanket!), to meditate, or to breathe & be!

if you’ve never been to a soundbath before but want a taste of gaby’s experience, you can check out a clip on our stories today.

join us on saturday, august 23rd at 7pm CST!
this event is $20 for non-members and free for members to attend! it will happen completely over zoom, so you are welcome to pour a cup of your favorite tea or snuggle on your couch. we would love to see you there.
