Tell me if this sounds like you… frequent bloating, feeling like food just sits in your stomach, constipation, or reflux.

These are all signs that your stomach acid might be too low!

Let’s take a look at three common causes of low stomach acid that I often come across in my practice.

Mineral Depletion - minerals like sodium and zinc are needed for healthy stomach acid production. 🧂

H. Pylori - a common stomach bacterium that can lower acidity and impair digestion when overgrown. 🦠

Stress- When we’re constantly in fight or flight mode, our bodies produce less stomach acid. And to make matters worse, stress burns through the very minerals we need to make stomach acid.🔥

Bottom line: low stomach acid is actually more common than you might think!
