Going through a separation or divorce? Please join our support group for people going through separation and divorce. This kind of life transition can shake up everything - sense of self, direction, belonging, and stirr up lots of painful emotions.

This Septeber, I’m offering a 12-week group where we’ll make space for healing, growth, mutual support, and even a bit of humor. If you know anyone who might benefit from this group, please share with them.
