We lead by example : my six day on the heavy metal cleanse , I lightly steamed , bell peppers ( rainbow colors ) onions , okra , hot peppers , cauliflower,tomatoes , garlic , ginger , black bean Quinoa, green seasoning from rosemary , basil , thyme , and peppermint with pumpkin. That's my 3pm meal . 6pm my smoothie mix is phytonutrient green , black berries , raspberries, elderberries , goose berries , sour sop ( sweet sop) half ripe banana, seamoss ,pumpkin seeds , oat meal water , and dry fruits . At 7pm will be a cup of orange peel, lime bud, ginger , garlic , cinnamon, shi bazu, lovage tubor and rosemary tea with coconut water and off the bed and 9pm . Blessings .stay out of the sick care building as the weather keep changing .
