New Yoga Class Begins wed August 6th! Open to all, even if you don’t dance. If you are interested in Latin Dance classes as well there is a salsa class at 7pm and Bachata at 8:15 . I only teach the yoga , but am a student in the dance classes and love them . Come join me 🫶🏻

Monday night class has moved to Wed night. open to all levels. Judgment free community . Come try a class 🫶🏻 This week With kids off from school we had a member bring his two sons to try yoga for the first time with him. It’s amazing how adaptable and quick to learn kids are❤️
