Yoga Sculpt combines the flow of yoga with the benefits of strength training. This challenging and fast paced class will take you through a yoga flow and also use your body weight, light weights, resistance bands and other yoga props to improve flexibility and movement, and build lean muscle to improve your strength and physique. The class will end with deep stretching and a relaxing Shivasana.
