If you’re planning to japa, note that a country is good or bad depending on what you’re doing there.
Saudi Arabia is a great place for Master and PhD studies on scholarship, but not good for company labor and restaurant jobs. Teaching jobs in UAE 🇦🇪 may pay more than Canada… but UAE is not fair to construction workers.
If you win Qatar government scholarship, you fit build house for village before completing your PhD.

Our people suffer in China, Indonesia or Italy when they have no good jobs or they are just hustling in the ‘street.’
