Hoffman, each of whom are true pioneers in the field of integrative medicine. I did a thing this weekend. Visited my sleep away camp from when I was a kid with my bff’s husband who was also a camper there. I loved it, he did not have the same experience as me..but I was only there for 2 years age 6 and 7, he was there for 8 years up until he was 15. It is much smaller than i remember, I thought the walk to the lake was miles and miles, it was a 5 minute walk..

🍽️RECIPE OF THE WEEK🍽️

Blood Sugar–Balancing Cinnamon Chia Pudding📍

➡️ Rich in fiber, omega-3s, and anti-inflammatory spices—this easy recipe helps support PCOS symptoms like insulin resistance, cravings, and bloating.

➡️ Ingredients:

3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
A handful of berries or sliced almonds
Instructions:

📍Stir chia seeds, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup in a jar or bowl.

📍Let sit for 5–10 mins, stir again, then cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Top with berries or nuts before serving—and enjoy!
