If you've talked to me in person lately, you may know I've been sitting on this idea of an emotional reset for months. I was searching for something that felt right and true to what I've been feeling, witnessing and hoping for.

Watching multiple gen0-sides around the world, as well as the horrors at home, has led me here.

A need to consistently emotionally reset, and reminding myself through political education, community, and staying engaged, why I continuously resurge, why I must go on. Resetting and resurging, is to take stock of where we are, and asking ourselves how to move forward.

So I offer, a channeled meditation and a space, to ruminate over some quotes and questions that (hopefully) get our gears turning and spark meaningful discussion. To look at the bigger picture, the overarching landscape, and decide on our unique smaller steps to continue to create, build, learn, organize and harness what collective has to offer. Feel free to bring your own discussion prompts, or quotes from your own poli ed journeys!
