These are the things I learned the hard way while navigating toxin overload.

I’m looking for the women who are tired of using “clean” products that still leave them confused, inflamed, or disappointed. The ones who know greenwashing is real and are ready for actual solutions.

I spent over a decade in trial and error trying to heal my body and detox from toxin overload. I tried everything. And what I learned is this: it’s never just about the products.

It’s what you put on your skin, yes. But also what you put in your body, what you’re feeding your mind, how stressed you are, how you sleep, what you eat, and the environment you live in. The body is one system. You can’t treat it in pieces.

That’s when I stopped chasing trends and started focusing on ingredients. I wouldn’t put something on my face if I wouldn’t feel good about it going into my body, and vice versa.

That’s why I curate the LG Naturals boxes with so much intention. To help you find everyday essentials that actually work and are truly good for you.

Less really is more. Piling on products won’t bring results, but a few high-quality, thoughtfully chosen ones can.
