how i let my body know when it’s time to sleep to keep my circadian rhythm on track:
༬ turn my phone on airplane mode
༬ turn my brightness all the way down
༬ turn off the color on my phone
༬ turn on sleep tones for whatever benefits i feel lines up with what im dealing with at the time

sleep is vital to our body, mind, and spirit— let sleep soothe your soul— remember to create & practice your own ceremonies to send signals to your brain, so it knows it’s time for you to rest and rejuvenation ཹ
