M E A T L E S S Monday’s! 😅

J A C K F R U I T? YES! 😋

Sauce:
3 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of sweet chili sauce (your preference)
1 teaspoon of minced ROASTED garlic
1/4 teaspoon of Asian Salt n Spice

Jackfruit:
1 lbs of shredded jackfruit
2 tbsp of tomato paste
1 1/2 cube of chicken bouillon cube
1 cup of sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp oil vegetable oil
Salt n pepper to taste

Caramelized Onions:
1 medium red onion
1 tbsp of butter
Salt n pepper to taste

-Add SAUCE ingredients to a bowl and mix.
-Add oil, bouillon cube and tomato paste in a saucepan on medium heat. Sauté for 3-5 mins until all mixed.
-Add shredded jackfruit, sweet chili sauce and salt n pepper to taste.
-Add about a cup of water and let simmer for 10-12 mins.
-In a small saucepan, add onion butter and salt n pepper to taste. Caramelize for about 2-3 mins till translucent.
-Use your choice of bun!
