I'm often asked while demonstrating back slaps (baby heimlich) for choking, Can you hit them too hard?

Me: You can, but injury is very unlike... Um. Yeah. 🤣

I take really good care of my equipment. I pride myself on how clean and operational it is. However, wear and tear has taken its toll and this is the unfortunate result. This was baby's last back slap. 🙏

Can't make it to a live class? Have the class come to you instead.
NY Metro CPR is offering live, hands-on training right in comfort of your home or office.
Everything you require for certification is shipped to you, plus a live streaming video as if you attended a live class.
Better times are coming and I look forward to seeing you in any capacity.

It's been a while since I've posted, but I've been here. I hope you and your loved ones are doing the best that they can during this time. I'm trying to provide some normalcy during this unprecedented event.
That said, you can book a live or private class, a remote hands on training, or a video tutorial if certification isn't needed.

Be safe. Be vigilant.
