With temperatures & humidity reaching triple digits, it's easy for us to be susceptible to dehydration and possible heat exhaustion.🥵

💧Make sure you eat fruits & veggies, they have high amounts of water in them.

💧Sip water & electrolyte-drinks continuously throughout the day. Don't wait until you are thirsty to drink.

💧Avoid or limit caffeineted drinks, like coffee, sodas & teas.

Her business focuses on IV hydration and nutrient therapy to provide an alternate way to fill the gaps in our nutrition - and on providing these services to all folks conscious of their health, regardless of ethnicity or socioeconomic status.

Linda is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience in the medical field. Though she has worked in Emergency Medicine, Med-Surg, and Women’s Health and Obstetrics, her passion has always been promoting health, wellness and preventative care. Specifically, she saw a gap in skincare and wellness marketing - seeing POC was a rarity, and these treatments were usually reserved for the wealthy. She is passionate about highlighting that POC do experience the same kinds of skin issues, and that there are people out there who are skilled in helping them!

Linda has combined her love for health and esthetics with an homage to her Jamaican Caribbean roots to create the ultimate feel good experience for both body and mind alike. She is a part of the movement to provide comfort in seeing relatable skin concerns & relief!
