True community is nourishing. It’s healing. It’s supportive. It’s restorative. It’s full of joy and playfulness. It’s comforting. It grows with you. It covers you. It’s the blanket to keep you warm and the soft pillow to keep you steady. It offers purpose and fulfillment. It eases troubles like a steady anchor.

work is impossible without it. It’s all intertwined. It’s laughter when needed and the surprise warm embrace.

It’s watching little ones grow and sharing in love that always gives. It’s limitless and the answer to so much we need.

For 2025 and always. I wish you and all the goodness it brings. 🌱❤️

Looking forward to teaching my next cohorts in early 2025. I recommend childbirth classes to all! Information is empowering. For me, knowing that someone is informed and actually has the confidence to use that information to make decisions about their own care is when the magic happens! ✨

I can chase a sunrise or a sunset. 🌅 Bask in a full moons glow. Breathe the fresh scent of rainfall. Feel the chill of winters first snow. Sink my feet in warm sand. Soak in the ocean…. And… still… the wonders of life. The miracles we are keep me grounded. Like a lighthouse keeping me close to the creator. I am deeply honored. We are always connected. ✨

Active labor begins. Water breaks. 💦Side lying release.🛏️Forward leaning inversion. And here we are headed for a walk.
Contractions every 2-3 min. So we lean onto nature. We hold the trees. 🌲I hold the mother. We breathe fresh air 💨deeply. I apply counter pressure. We walk.
We make it home. And you know what happens shortly after… Glory. 🚼

Go to nature to be soothed, healed and understand everything a little better. It never fails. ❤️
