Organization Clean Sites NYC Organization Clean Sites was founded as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020.

The Quarantine in NYC led to a spike in the use of opioids in our community at an alarming rate. At OCS, we made a commitment to the betterment of the NYC community by providing accessible resources to opioid users as well as generally educating our community to mitigate the opioid crisis. Services at OCS will include syringe exchanges, local support groups, private counseling, overdose prevention, relapse prevention, and educational sessions on opioid abuse.
