🛣️On the journey to improvement and goal achievement, awareness of what you DO and DON’T want is imperative.
🧲Especially when you want to attract quality loving relationships (life partner, friendships, family).
🪤A common trap we often fall into is giving our attention to the negative as opposed to the affirmative.
🚫THIS IS HOW YOU’RE BLOCKING YOUR BLESSINGS 🚫

1️⃣ Focusing on what you DON’T want
“I don’t want to date someone who will ghost me”
2️⃣ Focusing on what still hasn’t happened yet
“I’ve been manifesting for a year now and I still can’t meet anyone decent”
3️⃣ Envy
“My friend has the best luck with dating apps, she’s not even that pretty. I’m more attractive than her. What’s she have that I don’t”
4️⃣ Focusing on things that elicit negative or mixed emotions
* constantly listening to songs about heartbreak and drama💔 while actively working to attract love👩❤️💋👨
5️⃣ Self-flagellation
*wallowing in guilt, regret, self-punishment
6️⃣ Focusing on what you don’t like
* I don’t like superficial people (yet give your attention and admiration to reality shows like )
7️⃣ Being self-critical
*negative and condemning self-talk “I never do anything right” “No one is ever going to take me seriously”
🔎If you’re always giving your focus to what you DON’T like, have, want, and what DOESN’T make you feel good, or work for you… guess what? What you SEE will be what you GET. What you PERCEIVE will be what you RECEIVE.
🧘🏾End the negative meditation. Give your energy to your hopes, goals, and desires and it will become what you attract more of.
