Sullivan Street Medical Private primary care practice in NYC. Our mission is simple, to provide high quality healthcare with outstanding customer service.

Since 2010 Sullivan Street Medical has evolved from Todd McNiff’s solo practice in Chelsea to a group of three doctors and two physician assistants in a newly renovated space in the West Village. At our practice, you will be seen on time, you will be able to be seen within 24-48 hours if needed, and will have access to a provider after hours. We have an onsite lab, so you won’t have to go elsewher

e for blood tests. Our gynecologist, Dr. Hobbs, is able to do ultrasounds, IUD insertions, and many gynecologic surgical procedures in the office as well. Our affiliation with NYU ensures that our patients have access to world-class specialists. And our electronic medical record, powered by AthenaHealth, gives patients instant access to their medical records.

Scott specializes in HIV medicine, LGBTQ+ healthcare, and primary care, ensuring that every patient receives the personalized, affirming care they deserve. Before joining us in New York, he made a tremendous impact in Arizona, practicing at Gila Internal Medicine and volunteering at the Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS. His passion for outreach, education, and advocacy continues to shine in all that he does.

Dr. McNiff started Sullivan Street Medical in 2010. He envisioned a practice where people could receive medical care, guidance on wellness, and help navigating the increasingly complex world of medicine in , in a clean, friendly, efficient environment. He graduated from Wesleyan University with a degree in molecular biology and biochemistry then completed a master’s program in public health with a concentration in tropical medicine. He went to medical school at Ross University in the Caribbean and completed residency in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. He is board-certified in internal medicine and is an attending physician at . Like all internists, he is well-versed in the medical conditions of adults, he has a particular interest in HIV medicine and is published in the field.
