I spend a lot of time thinking about the women I work with.

The ones trying to do everything right-
Reading every label.
Second-guessing every meal.
Carrying this pressure to get pregnancy nutrition perfect.

And honestly… I don’t want that for you.

I don’t want food to feel stressful.
I don’t want you overthinking every bite.
I don’t want pregnancy to feel like something you have to pass.

What I want is much simpler — and much more powerful.

I want you to feel calm when you sit down to eat.
To know what actually matters.
To have a plan that works on your busiest, most tired days.
To trust that you’re nourishing your body and your baby.

THIS is where things start to shift.

Not with more rules.
But with clarity, consistency, and support.

If pregnancy nutrition has started to feel overwhelming, you’re not doing anything wrong — you just haven’t been given the right kind of guidance yet.

If pregnancy has you feeling constipated, bloated, or constantly hungry… this is your sign to look at fiber.

Most women are told to “eat healthy” — but no one shows them how to actually get enough fiber in a way that feels doable.

It’s not that you’re eating badly.
Your meals are just missing the pieces that make them work for you and help you feel better.

Fiber supports:
• digestion
• blood sugar balance
• fullness and cravings
• gut health (which plays a role in everything from energy to immunity)

💡But you don’t need a complicated meal plan or a full diet overhaul to fix this.

Small, repeatable changes — like adding fiber at breakfast, pairing it with protein, and upgrading a few staples — can make a huge difference in how you feel day to day.

Most fertility diets are missing this

It’s not one magic food or supplement.

They’re missing a pattern

I see it all the time:
Eating “healthy”…
but skipping meals.
Cutting carbs.
Avoiding fats.
Relying on snacks that don’t hold them over.

Then adding more supplements and hoping that’s the missing piece 🤯

Here’s the shift I come back to again and again with clients:

👆🏼protein + fiber + fat at every meal

Your hormones don’t care how “clean” your diet looks.

They respond to:
• stable blood sugar
• consistent fuel
• meals that actually satisfy you

When we fix this, things start to change.

Energy improves.
Cravings settle.
Cycles often become more regulated.

This is the foundation! Then we build - wha foods and nutrients to focus on that can fit into your life 🙌🏼

If you’re trying to conceive and feel like you’ve been doing everything but still feel stuck…

When women tell me they feel stuck with fertility, the first instinct is usually to do more 😌

More supplements.
More workouts.
More restrictions.
More pressure to get everything “perfect”

But most of the time, progress doesn’t come from adding more.
It comes from returning to the habits that actually support hormones and consistency.

✔️Eating enough — especially earlier in the day.
balanced meals that include protein and fiber.
✔️Allowing space for recovery instead of constantly pushing harder.

These aren’t trendy strategies.
They’re foundational ones.
And they’re often the missing piece!

You don’t need to overhaul your entire life to move forward.
You need a clear plan and support that helps you focus on what truly matters.

There are a lot of expectations placed on women during fertility and pregnancy.

Eat perfectly. Avoid everything. Take all the supplements. Never get it wrong.

But after years of working closely with women in this season of life, I’ve learned that what actually helps is much simpler — and often very different from what social media makes it seem.

Most women don’t need stricter food rules.
They need clearer guidance and more realistic plannns

Balanced meals matter more than perfection.
Consistency matters more than “clean eating.”
And nutrition should feel supportive, not stressful.

This is the approach I use with my clients every day.
Because it works

If you’re trying to conceive or already pregnant and feel like nutrition has become overwhelming or confusing, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

If eggs and/or yogurt sound like the last thing you want right now… you’re not alone.

I hear this almost every week from pregnant clients.
But these foods are incredibly helpful in pregnancy because they provide high-quality protein, choline, iodine, calcium, and steady energy 😅

Sometimes the solution isn’t forcing yourself to eat what you think you should.
It’s finding more tolerable ways to include the foods your body needs.

These baked yogurt bars are one of my favorites!

They’re soft, lightly sweet, easy to prep ahead, and can feel much more manageable than scrambled eggs or a bowl of yogurt when nausea or food aversions are strong.

✨ Here’s the full recipe I used:

• 2 cups coconut yogurt (use Greek for a protein boost)
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ cup oat flour - can sub almond or coconut
• 2–4 tbsp maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
• toppings: frozen berries work beautifully

Whisk everything really well.
Pour into a lined baking dish.
Bake at 350°F / 180°C for 35–45 minutes until set.
Let cool, slice into bars, and store in the fridge.

This works well for:
✔ easy breakfasts
✔ mid-morning snacks
✔ days when appetite is low
✔ getting protein in without overthinking food

One of the biggest things I teach my pregnancy clients is this:

Nutrition isn’t just about what you eat.
It’s also about how foods and their nutrients work together 🙌🏼

Certain foods help your body absorb, utilize, and benefit from nutrients much more effectively when they’re paired well.

Here’s my combinations I suggest using over and over again in pregnancy.

Protein + fiber → steadier energy and fullness
Iron + vitamin C → better iron absorption
Healthy fats + fat-soluble nutrients → better nutrient utilization for you and baby

None of these require complicated recipes or perfect eating.

They’re just small shifts in how you build meals — and those small shifts can make a big difference in how you feel during pregnancy.

My clients feel relieved when the realize the the solution isn’t eating more foods… it’s pairing the ones you’re already eating more strategically 💚

Pregnancy gets a lot better when you stop trying to eat perfectly 🥰

I see so many women stressing over every ingredient, every craving, every meal — convinced one “wrong” food is going to undo everything.
And even worse, I see them stressing about the WRONG things- “clean” eating, too many carbs, processed foods 😵‍💫

Meanwhile they’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and afraid to trust their own body.

Here’s the truth no one says clearly enough:

Pregnancy nutrition shouldn’t feel like a full-time job.

When you have a simple, clear plan, food stops being something you panic about. You know what matters, what doesn’t, and how to nourish yourself without constantly second-guessing every bite.

Less Googling.
Less guilt.
Less mental noise.
