Balasana (Childs Pose) Barbara Yoga was created as an outlet for me, someone who was carrying a lot of stress, loves to help people, and needed to be reminded that WE CAN change the world and make it a more beautiful place...

I found that YOGA allowed me to let go, find positivity, and CHOOSE to embrace the FLOW of life. I’m constantly practicing letting go of things I can not control, I’m reminded that change is constant, and that we are ALL in this together. I LOVE sharing this with others.

Working most of my life in Healthcare, I was used to seeing people at their worst; sick, tired, and looking for help when they could no longer help themselves. I found I could use my talents teaching yoga, to make more of an impact through preventative care including slow, deliberate movements, practicing letting go of stress and practicing mindfulness.

We are what we consistently practice. We can CHOOSE how we FEEL, how we REACT, and what we DO on a daily basis. Come PRACTICE embracing the breath, being THANKFUL, and letting go of things we can not control with me. ~Namaste
