I didn’t just change my body… I changed my entire life ✨

It started with losing weight and finding confidence, but the gym became so much more than that for me. It gave me structure, discipline, and something to show up for every single day. It became my routine, my outlet, and the place I slowly built a version of me I actually trust.

Hi I’m Liv and this was never just about losing weight. I lost 30lbs and have maintained that over the last 5 years.

I didn’t just wake up one day disciplined. I used to tell myself “I’ll start Monday” over and over again in college, and somehow always end up back where I started.

I felt stuck in my own habits, hated the way I felt in my clothing, used food to cope with that feeling and it just made it worse.

I truly stopped chasing motivation and started building structure and routine that I genuinely loved.

I learned how to show up even when I didn’t feel like it. I built my routine around things that actually mattered - lifting 4-5x week, 10k steps, high-protein whole foods diet, 7-8 hrs sleep, and consistently showing up.

It was never about being perfect. It was about finally following through on the life I kept saying I wanted.

If you feel like you’re in that cycle right now, this is your reminder that you’re not alone. You just need to learn how to love the journey while consistently doing the things you promised you would do.
