I want to suuuuper be honest about this transformation.

A few weeks ago I fell off of my routine. No training, no cardio, & overeating. I felt inflamed, disconnected, and honestly not confident in my skin. This wasnโ€™t fat gain.

Old me would have tried to โ€œstart overโ€
Instead, I just went back to my routine.

For 2 weeks I focused on the habits & structure that I live by.
- Eating 80% whole foods, high-protein diet & following my macros
- Strength training & cardio 5x week
- 10k+ steps, 4L water, 7-8 hours of sleep

Your progress isnโ€™t ruined by a few weeks off track. When you build real habits, you never truly start over, you just return.
