Living with chronic physical pain can feel isolating. Beyond the medical appointments and daily symptom management, there is often an emotional and relational experience that goes unseen.
This therapy group offers space to explore:
• The psychological impact of chronic pain
• How pain shapes identity, relationships, and self-expression
• Feelings of isolation, frustration, or grief
• Ways to reconnect with creativity, imagination, and voice
In the intimacy of the group, members reflect on how their interactions provide insight into patterns in their outside lives, opening the possibility for meaningful connection and a more integrated relationship with the body.
Open to adults experiencing chronic physical pain.
