Secondary in patients can be very challenging due to inherent higher risk of bleeding and scarred tissue planes. Our 75 y.o patient is now 3 months out from and and he doesn’t look a day older than 50. His is gone and he now has a snatched jawline. He has a deep yet masculine as well. We are so thrilled with his transformation and cannot thank him enough for trusting us with his care.

Cosmetic surgery can be perceived as a vanity project by lots of people. However, I come across so many patients on a daily basis where I can palpate a change in their demeanor and self-confidence after their transformation. We all have our insecurities that affects how we feel. The best investment is ‘Investing in Yourself’ 😍
I recently saw a patient who was 8 months out from and She told me that she wouldn’t let anyone take photos earlier but now she roams around happily making reels 🥰 She was so happy about how she felt that she was crying when we met.

Our lovely patient in her 20s is a very beautiful person, both inside and out. She has a very vibrant personality but she would be very self conscious due to fullness under her chin and her profile view.

We did and for which she was yet comfortable.

She is now 2 months out and sent me this wonderful photo of her transformation. We could cut a diamond with that

Male update

Male Facelift are extremely challenging and gratifying at the same time. There are lots of nuances to male facelift. Most importantly, they tend to bleed more because of facial hair. so the surgery always takes longer than a female Facelift. However, it’s so worth it.

Our wonderful patient is only 1 week out from and . While it’s far from his end result since he is still bruised and swollen - we are so amazed by his transformation.

He is such an amazing and successful person and is still very down to earth. I am so fortunate to have him as my patient.

While is the ultimate and most definitive option for facial rejuvenation, it’s very useful to have multiple tools in the tool box.

In a young patient with great skin elasticity, chin and neck liposculpting along with skin tightening using an energy device might be a great option as well. There are three well hidden 3 mm incision (one under your chin and one just below each ear lobe) which heal perfectly and is completely inconspicuous.

Our patient is only 1 month out and her neck and jawline is so well defined! It will only get so much better with time.

There is no established perfect technique for facelift and each surgeon has their own definition of the “best” technique.

One of the reasons I love the deep plane approach for is cos the results continue to blossom with time.

Our 50 y.o patient is now 9 months out from her and using
Technique.

Besides her natural and elegant results, one of the other reasons I prefer this technique is because all the lift is coming from deeper layers of the face. It puts almost zero tension on skin closure. Why is that important? Try and find her scar 🥰🥰

reduction update

We take pride in designing a customized procedure that would suit you the best, keeping your aesthetic goals in mind.

This wonderful patient underwent Buccal Fat reduction and is only a few weeks out from the procedure. I absolutely love how her lower face is beautifully tapered, and overall her facial aesthetics is more balanced.

It’s one of the cutest procedures for the face in the sense that there’s literally no downtime and you can be out and about pretty much on the day of surgery. The incision is inside your mouth so you have no visible scar.

One of the biggest critique for Buccal Fat reduction is the gaunt appearance of the face as you age. I’m extremely careful and taking just enough to make a nice subtle difference, but not take too much to have any long-term issues. Our Buccal Fat patients are overall extremely happy with their recovery and results.

Also, I’ve been fortunate to do more than 100 Buccal Fat procedures just this year. What that means is, I’m able to find the Buccal Fat rather quickly, and the procedure takes about 15 minutes. Why is that important? The longer we spent trying to find the Buccal Fat, the more postoperative swelling you will get. So when we can find the Buccal Fat right away and get in and get out in a quick and efficient manner, your postop swelling is pretty minimal.
