It’s not forever. Just until you can play nicely and be kind again. In the beginning of your journey to loving your body, you may not be able to trust what you see in the mirror is reality. One minute you feel attractive, the next minute you feel hideous. I call that “Fun-House-Mirror Eyes” and it’s a sign that you should take a vacation from mirrors for the day. Being criticized is not helpful to anyone’s success so step away from the mirror, trust the process, and have faith that there will come a time that you will smile at yourself in the mirror. I’ve seen it in hundreds of clients- the transition from being overwhelmed by their body to feeling self-confident in their body. I would love to help you too. 1️⃣ Create a space at home to tackle that project you've been putting off – more indoor time.

2️⃣ Listen to your body; eat closer to old meal times until your hunger adjusts.

3️⃣ Keep a watch set to the old time for a reality check.

4️⃣ Catch some early daylight to reset your circadian rhythm – it might disappear later!
